Please comment on all stories you read!! Let the writer know what you think!! All writers enjoy praise, give them a reason to keep posting.
Even if you have a criticism, send them a Private Message (please not publicly) a good writer is accepting of constructive criticism. How can we grow as a writer without it?
Now Lastly, NO HATEFUL commenting. Blatant hateful or nasty comments. The first time you will be given a warning, 2nd time your account will temporarily suspend, the 3rd time you will banned. {not only will I ban you account but also your IP}
